it definitely is, this was just a long time ago before she started her bodybuilder phase and taking PEDs. You can see the same facial features and tattoos on the "Katrina" girl in those GDP episodes. Kayla's IG also used to have old images looking exactly like "Katrina", don't know if they are still on her IG though.
