I remuxed videos with ffmpeg to make them streamable as original videos are not streamable (MOOV atom is located at the end of file). I am interested if that could improve bad playback experience for some people.

Although, I think I know the main reason for playback problems. This "streamable" tweak probably won't help as these videos are encoded with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling (like very high quality photos - full luma and chroma resolutions). HW acceleration most likely will be lacking for video format profiles with such chroma subsampling levels. Usual videos always use 4:2:0 chroma subsampling and colour (chroma) resolution is 4 times smaller. So if video (luma) resolution is 4K, then colour (chroma) resolution will be 1080p. It is done as human visual system is much more sensitive to variations in brightness than colour.

I once again require assistance with AI video faceswap. I've tried to swap with two models and it worked once but after that it does not.


In this image im trying to swap with Jihyo and Hanni but it ends up with both models having the same face. whatever face i add last, becomes both the faces. If anyone can help me with this do let me know on how to swap for two models

You can use my relatively primitive Windows batch script for dfake downloads. It requires wget and ffmpeg. You also need a VPN service which has servers in Japan. For me only Japan servers worked consistently. As a free option I recommend ProtonVPN with TunnlTo app (add a wireguard profile with some free ProtonVPN server in Japan). And your browser added to allowed apps (browser traffic will be routed through the VPN tunnel). With such split tunneling the download with ffmpeg works without VPN and should be faster compared to where all internet traffic would go through VPN. It should also work if your VPN provider has split tunneling function in their official app with your browser set to be routed through a tunnel.

Other notices:
Wget only downloads playlist.m3u8 file so it can potentially be replaced by some other cli downloader (e.g.: aria2). For free users the official ProtonVPN client will only connect to Japan servers if they are quite close to them and won't let use VPN split tunneling function.
