It's not even the augmentation part that is unattractive, silicone tits can look great in a lot of cases. It's just extremely DEPRESSING when women with perfect tits for some dysmorphic reason feel they need something "better". It's a mental illness. It's sad. I can't fap when I'm sad.

There was another guy who watched a twitch stream and claimed she did. I haven't been able to find that clip (although I havent searched tbf). I understand the body dysmorphia thing but I'm not sure this is body dysmorphia (clinically speaking). She would need to have other symptoms like constant distress, ocd-like behaviors, impairment in day to day life, etc. Also think most people have disatisfaction in how their body looks to some degree. Thankfully I don't think implants are as severe as anorexia (although I do understand where you are coming from). She does have a basically perfect body and at the same time no one is truly perfect. She looks fantastic already.

*And I hope your ex got treament, it sucks. At one point a woman from Australia wanted to come visit me to my country but I declined. She suffered from anorexia as well and was in the spectrum. I realized I woudln't know how to treat her properly and wouldn't be of much help to her so I declined.

I think they look good but I can certainly understand those who disagree.

I did NOT expect the size. Someone here had said she said it would be a 1/3 increase, lol. This, to me looks 2-3x. They might drop 20-30% after it's all said and done. Currently they look like "Tsunade" from Naruto territory and like a lot of the cosplayers she follows with huge tits. I think hers look better than almost anyone she follows though.

If I were here I'd feel fairly satisfied with this. I am still in awe at how clean the work they did was, there's no bruising, no redness, no veins, nothing.
