She was upset about something that she watched... anyway I think the real subtext is that she is depressed with her life in general and seems to put as much effort into it as she puts into her videos. For someone who is earning €€€ by making unedited , unlighted videos of her ocassionally flashing her goods, she doesnt seem to even have the time and energy to feed her kids proper food (the super market incident).
What I find funny is her constant blabbering of how she is grateful to have this "community" ...

Ok, I took one for the team... Anticlimactically, the supermarket incident was her trying to hide unhealthy food for her kids from a fitness guru guy she knows and his wife that she happened to bump into while grocery shopping.
