Off Topic Only fans payment page issues.

Has anyone had this issue on payments with only fans and if so, how did you resolve it.

I had a card on file, used to load wallet. Randomly, it told me I had to add a payment card, but when I go to the page, it’s a blank page, doesn’t populate anything. I made a new account, worked when I added card and then same issue again. So I have no way to add any payment info back on.
I contacted their support and was told this is not an issue related to their site, they check and everything works fine. This is on phone or PC, no difference.

I had this problem before what I had to do was go to privacy.com and make a prepaid card there and then use that card to register on a new account.


For some strange reason, it seems like they are shadow banning because if i was to create a new account and add the same card that I used on my previous account I would get the same problem over and over again.
