Yesterday, I had two members spend over $300 on custom content and regular content on my OnlyFans. Everything was delivered, and they seemed happy—no complaints, nothing. Today, I see that the money has been refunded to them.
One of them isn’t a member anymore, but the other is still subscribed. With Christmas around the corner, this has really shaken my confidence. How is this even possible? Is this normal on OnlyFans?
How do you all handle this? How can I trust members with my content if they can just request their money back? I feel so lost and frustrated—any tips or advice would mean a lot.
