Looks like it’s official a creator has received an email saying that explicit content is to be banned with only.

RIP - OnlyFans has now sent out emails to verified users saying sexually explicit content will no longer be allowed Oct 1st so basically the things going around are definitely true. As I don't do simple nudity or implied nudity that means my page will effectively be gone by October 1st (unless I delete everything and adhere to their new standard which come on now I do porn not nudity)

I think any of these alternative sites the girls have been migrating to, will succumb to the same fate as onlyfans. These new pressures from the banks will not make it possible.

Part of one of the emails sent out about the new policy. Only part I was sent so I don't know what the rest says, but it looks like maybe full nudity is fine but the wording is in such a way (ie. if they find it "extreme or offensive") that it could be a violation.

Even simulated sexual acts included feigning masturbation are gonzo.

When the antis are done with OnlyFans they'll shift to the next biggest player, posing as anti-trafficking groups they'll write countless op-eds & outrage tweets about the next site on the block. Under the pretense of 'saving the children' they'll bully the payment processors/ banks into submission which in turn will choke the website. And the cycle will repeat.

I guess customers can't do much about it except use the same tactics as the antis, as outlined in the thread:

So Im hearing through one of the models that if you have purchased explicit content, it will be deleted as well. Not sure how accurate this is but fuck that, I paid for that fucking video and I was already mad that I couldnt save it at least, but now its gonna be gone?? The frustrating thing now is all these girls are going to different platforms. Each platform will have their own hassles to deal with, from figuring out if there's a way to download, to how bad dealing with their customer service is. On top of everything, how long will the platform last before it goes the way of Onlyfans.

I think eventually we will see consolidation. Right now it is a free for all and a lot of platforms are scrambling to get creators, but only a few will have any sort of sustainable success. Creators/Fans will then migrate to those. Fansly is probably going to be the main platform.

That doesn't make any sense. A big part of the reason OnlyFans got big is because it provided an alternative when Patreon got too restrictive. As in, the new OF restrictions are basically what Patreon already implemented a long time ago. OF is basically trying to become Patreon.

Seriously just look at the OF blog or even the homepage. You would have no idea the site was basically built off of sexual content.
