The only cosmetic procedure I can think of that doesn't make things worse is a nose job. Boob job, botox, lip fillers...all terrible. Boob reduction is a sin against nature, lol., and I've heard stories of reductions gone wrong too.

I can't think of many girls that I used to like but went down the rabbit hole, but Lana Rhoades and Stefanie Knight (aka Stefanie Gurzanski, aka StefBabyG) come to mind.

A lot of girls in and outside of porn went workout crazy and got too thin, such as Lily Ivy, Ayya Azanova (aka Klodi aka Ulya I.) and (years ago) Lynn Thomas, not to mention a bunch of mainstream actresses.

Not gonna include weight gain because I doubt it was intentional for most girls.

True, it just depends on how drastic the change is. Usually it's just to smooth out a bump. But if it's a complete reconstruction, that could be bad.
