Bibi Noel. Gorgeous before she went on a plastic surgery rampage. Now her breasts are two hard, lumpy half-globes with nipples pointing in weird directions and her face is pumped over here and tightened over there.
I guess those surgeries are like a drug, once you get your first shot you're craving for more. When your face has been operated once, it's easier to get further operations. Maybe you're not quite happy with the result, but it needs a liiiitle bit of adjustment... Or you might be happy with what was done, but now you start thinking about that other part, oh and maybe something could be done about this too... And then your face looks like it was put together from pieces of various different puzzles.
