I've used the above tool extensively and it's great, provided you are relatively tech literate with installing python etc. Most of what you are asking is impossible, you need to be subscribed or find someone with an account willing to share the cookies with you. There is no way around not paying for the content and just ripping the site, it won't work.

Probably the same for manyvids, and snapchat is probably impossible too.
