Off Topic Risks in sharing downloads from OnlyFans?

Hi,
Don't want to spread any fake BS but was just wondering:
Many creators on OnlyFans will state things in their bio like "I have full copyrights to all content and legal action is being taken against those who share it. Your ip address are logged with onlyfans & easily tracked." (in this case: https://onlyfans.com/curlyphenix).
This seems a bit of a strange statement: there is no reason that the fact that OnlyFans logging your IP (whether or not you use a VPN) could expose the OnlyFans account, NOR the RL-person behind it, responsible of a leak. Right? Is there are 100 of 1,000 fans having access to the content of Mrs Curly Phenix, each one of them could be the leaker.

UNLESS : OnlyFans is in some way placing a sort of fingerprint of the logon user in the downloaded file from. In the filename of metadata. I am not really sure if that really a thing .. but just wanted to run it by you. Is this a risk? Do you have to take precautions in sharing files you have downloaded from OnlyFans ... (Which I would never do - obviously )

Nah, you will be good, nothing can happen.
If you don't publish custom made videos for you, it's almost impossible to track down the person downloading and distributing the pictures and videos.
I don't think they would give out ip adresses just because some random thot is demanding it. Especially not if it is just about some downloaded and distributed pictures. If you don't sell those pictures/videos then there is nothing she can do about it. The only instance i can see OF giving out user data is for child abuse, murder or something similar and even then, the data will not be given to a public person, rather than to the police.
You can open the pictures or videos in gimp or photoshop and check for the exif data. Exif data is attached when you take the picture with your phone or camera, it adds location and time. Exif data is scrapped when you upload a picture to a website. You can check to be sure, but there should be nothing except your download time and date, which is pretty irrelevant.

Also, if there was a tracking system, don't you think the big thots like belle had already sued the shit out everyone who downloaded and distributed her stuff? There are several DMAC notices every day and the only thing that happens is that the filehoster deletes the files.

The only things you should be wary of sharing are customs obviously since they can very easily trace that back to you, and pics/vids shared through messages rather than on their feed. Some onlyfans creators send slightly different edits of photosets and videos that are ppv if they know their stuff is being leaked in order to catch the specific person leaking. Anything on their feed is very unlikely to be traced back to you unless the creator has such a small number of subscribers that they can narrow it down easily.

Does anybody know how hard or easy is to get ip address from user on this forum? Because some new profile is making threats for getting ip addresses from leakers for prosecution...
