Ok guys, I did a commit so big with such a big breakthrough that I am amazed myself on how I came up with this algorithm. this is such a huge win that i have to make sure I rescan the users that nothing came up in. No promises that something will come up, but the reliability just went up 10 fold, on top of a greatly increased speed boost yet again, so it should not take long at all.

worked on this 10+ hours so I hope you guys appreciate it!
rerunning anything that had 5 or less pics in it, very curious to see if there are any improvements.
