More information to debunk all of you:
1. Corporate and Legal Registration
The Fact: OnlyFans is registered under its parent company, Fenix International Limited, as a general technology and internet services provider.
The Proof: In its official corporate filings, terms of service, and banking merchant category codes (MCC), it is classified as a general content subscription service—not an adult entertainment provider. If it were legally classified as a porn site, it would be banned from standard Mastercard and Visa payment processing rails, which enforce strict rules against adult-only platforms.
2. The Apple App Store Workaround
The Fact: OnlyFans launched a free streaming app called OFTV.
The Proof: The app is actively hosted on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Both platforms strictly prohibit pornography or adult content apps.
The only reason OFTV is allowed is because the parent company is a general-use media platform, and the app explicitly hosts the cooking, fitness, vlogging, and comedy creators I mentioned. A dedicated porn site cannot do this.
