I'd like to start off with this, this is a theoretical discussion on legally getting started in amateur porn production.
1. How would one go about legally starting a small time porn production company in the US?
2. What kind of paper work/insurance is needed to start?
3. Where does one go about finding amateur talent?
4. How does one go about approaching talent agencies to book talent?
5. What kind of credentials does a agency need to take your inquiry for a shoot seriously?
6. What are the best platforms to post your productions on? Examples: OF, MV, CB, F4F, Pornhub ect...
7. Equipment needed to start shooting?
8. Ways to make profit?
9. Can a producer also be the talent for a shoot?
10. OF/MV/PH models that collaborate for amateur shoots?

Any info is welcome, if you have questions regarding this topic as well, put it in the comments below.

Lets say I wanted to hire talent from Hussie Models or EastCoastTalent, just examples, for a B/G shoot. Lets say I wanted to do a shoot and a live cam show with insert model, how would I go about legally booking them for a shoot? What kind of credentials or business license would one need to book them? What kind of model release forms would have to be signed?
