[Streamrecorder]

Hi there,

i wanted to introduce [Login or Register to view] to SMG

It came to our attention that several users of SMG are using Streamrecorder already, therefor i wanted to create a kind of support thread here.

Short Intro:

Streamrecorder is a web based fully automatic recording software for web based livestreams.

As of today we support the following platforms:

-Twitch
-Kick
-Tiktok
-Bigo
-AfreecaTV
-CHZZK
-FlexTV
-PandaTV

The following platforms are planned and to be launched soon:

-Youtube Live
-IG Live

We are offering the service as freemium based model, that means up to 3 Streams you can record for free.

If anyone have questions are suggestions, we would be happy to help you out here aswell.
We want to design the tool arround the demand of you guys.

Two questions:

Why are recordings corrupt - It seems to happen when they battle, or after a pause.

Sometimes lives fail to add to the site - I know someone is live, I see it in a recording state on your site but then it doesn't show after it ends or another example would be a one hour stream saves as 20 minutes.

1. Can you see other people's saved public clips? It would be nice to see moments others thought were worth watching. I would gladly upgrade to premium if I could see hot moments that others have clipped and saved.

2. What does the white part on the timeline during playback mean? Is that the part of the video most people watched?

It seams that streamrecorder broke. Usernames are gone and replaced with “none”, recordings don’t stop after end and they aren’t saved.

Am I the only one with these problems?

When I first found Streamrecorder I was so happy that I paid for the premium. But it's useless now. For the last few weeks it's missing Bigo live recordings. And now it's not recording other services either, like tiktok. It's just completely broken. The tiktok ones aren't as important to me but I've missed some super important Bigo recordings because I trusted Streamrecorder to handle it. I'm just doing the recordings myself again to be sure I don't miss anything. I canceled my premium already, sadly. It was great while it worked, though! Great idea for a site if it works.

streamrecorder isnt working properly on tiktok anymore, cant record some ppl unless I pay. Also inactive users cant be "tag" to be record, so if they come up to a rare stream you lose it. :|

I feel so stupid. I paid for this shit and I can't download the TikTok lives I want, like I used to on Rewatch. Since this app is cheaper, I signed up for three months, and it's simply useless. I tried to cancel the day after I bought it and get my money back, but they wouldn't let me. I wish I had seen this topic sooner.

But too bad : i saw Anna Woods(annawoodz2) live / she is at "streamrecorder" : but no recordings
