It makes sense for some women, if they have an established presence and following online (on YouTube, Twitter, TikTok or Insta) and so don't really try to hide that they're on OnlyFans. If they keep their face out of the NSFW content as a precaution against future repercussions, fair enough.

What I don't get is those women who stay totally anonymous and never make any connection to any SFW accounts where you can see their face. The face is the most important and most attractive part of a girl to me, so if I can't connect the tits/pussy to a face I've seen before, it's hard for me to get off to it.
