Looks like it could be her as well, but I don't think that's her boyfriend. And I don't think she dresses like that in public (even on Halloween). I have seen this on two of her threads on different sites, including a pic with a tattoo, which she definitely doesn't have, so that is why I'm doubting if all of these are authentic. Plus, the watermark isn't there once again on these hard to identify pics, and it's not from her IG.
