This channel has very consistently upscaled many Korean dancers to 4k resolution from their livestream dances that were previously 1080p and even 720p and I would love to be able to do this myself:
I've been interested in doing this myself for some time, but after trying many different programs, I cannot seem to produce good results like this. Can anyone suggest to me some good programs or methods to upscale / enhance video and produce high resolution video like this?
I have a 4070 TI Super and a PC with pretty good specs across the board. Thanks in advanced.
