unless i'm nuts, 1win is a [sketchy] sportsbook, right? what the hell are they doing advertising in porn?

This is actually common for offshore sportsbooks. Since they're not allowed to advertise conventionally (esp. after legal sportsbooks ala Fanduel/Draftkings came in), they have to go to..... interesting lengths in interesting places. And since normal advertisers don't want to touch that content, well, the question is answered.
