Aside from Vtubers, my favorite YouTubers to watch have mostly been Maximilian_Dood/Yo! Videogames, The Completionist, and JoCat.

cr1tikal has always been good.
SiIvaGunner is hilarious if you're into quality video game rips.
Demolition Ranch is fun if you're into pew pews.
Ashens is hilarious and varied, for better or worse.
Townsends is like a better PBS history show.
Then there's some really good documentary-style channels, like Bright Sun Films, Defunctland, Lemmino, Cadaber, and Yesterworld.
And one that needs more attention: Hemmas Studios, for stuff about cancelled/unmade movies.
I often wonder how Ashens hasn't gotten seriously ill from some of those food videos, haha.

At the moment, Rhystic Studies. I have no desire to play or knowledge about how the game works. But the lore and art of Magic the Gathering presented by him is really captivating.

Also, Red Letter Media, those hacks!!!
