Depends how its made, if its like Donnal bell then im 100% for boobs surgery, one of the best IMO, it looks natural and fits her body perfectly
But some like anastasia doll is really ugly

My biggest turn-on are large naturals, and I generally don't like fakes, but there are a couple of exceptions.

I know one or two women who looked sexier after the implants than they did before. On the other hand, I also know one or two with tiny boobs who I'd hate if they got them done. It really depends on how the girl looks in general.

Definitely not the only one who dislikes fake breasts.. or indeed fake faces. There was a particular period during the early 2000's where pornstars would get surgery and you'd literally be able to see the scars where they put in the implants and that was particularly horrible. You dont see it so much nowadays though.
