I think that is the case. I got one message before OF closed that made it seem like that. It pisses me off that someone would be that big of a dick that they felt their only choice was to shutdown everything.

Looks like it was a content sharing freak out. Not sure where their new content was shared, it wasn't here that I saw. The content on here that is shared is public from their TT and I got the bra pics from some dude's Pinterest page way before they opened this new OF. With them using tipping and freaking out, deleting their page and starting a new one, I'm not interested in that game. So I won't be subscribing. Good luck to them, I do hope no one was trying to intentionally harm them. Beings they're back, I don't think that is the case.
