I'm going to say this one more time so that all of y'all in the back can hear it: Onlyfans is NOT a porn site. If it was, it would not contain any cooking tutorials, math vlogs, art and music, fitness training vlogs, etc. Y'all are too stuck on stupid to realize that.

2. The Apple App Store Workaround

The Fact: OnlyFans launched a free streaming app called OFTV.

The Proof: The app is actively hosted on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Both platforms strictly prohibit pornography or adult content apps.
The only reason OFTV is allowed is because the parent company is a general-use media platform, and the app explicitly hosts the cooking, fitness, vlogging, and comedy creators I mentioned. A dedicated porn site cannot do this.
