Off Topic Pornhub Just Deleted Seven Million Videos Of Unverified Content

It's interesting that porn is moving backwards. Like way back in the day it was all pay, be it VHS or magazines. Even in the early days of the internet there wasn't nearly as much free stuff as now. But with OF and Patreon and the like everything is moving back towards the pay model. I'm curious if xHamster of any of the others make a similar move, albeit not such a drastic one as just deleting everything.

I don't normally comment on these things but this is just stupid. I understand they have to act on the issue, but fucking track down the specific videos and get them removed, why do they go about this stupid fashion of implementing a retarded measure of having to verify every profile. Not only are they hurting their business model but will probably go bankrupt if they follow this same path. Nobody wants to go through all this work to upload a damn porn video

And their excuse is trying to be like Facebook or Social Media, give me a fucking break, its porn, not YouTube where people are going to post my daily vlog and cat videos.

The way things are going, what's next? None of the content will be free, Pornhub premium takes over? Internet regulation? Similar thing happened with the onlyfans situation recently, and they started being more aggressive on content posting. Will we still have options or are laws going to be created to make these websites even shittier? Will a new internet be invented with less regulation? This is the problem, one person makes a complaint, and they start changing everything irrelevant without actually acknowledging a proper way of solving the problem. You would think you would expect more from one of the most visited websites
