I've been subscribed to PIA for years. It's US-based, which isn't necessarily the best thing for a VPN service, but it's cheap and fast and it's never let me down.

Surfshark and Windscribe both seem pretty good. I think beyond basic privacy measures, the market has been getting more competitive, so you can afford to look at the secondary benefits, like if they offer some special netflix plugin or whatever.

Nord VPN here. But it won't allow me to load certain sites, like camwhores. I get a 403 error. Turn off Nord, and it works. That's happened with a few other sites too. Probably change once my subscription is up.

I use nord always, if I'm doing something I worry nord would rat me out on, I use mullvad
